Boniface Apremont 2007

Member Review by hrratb:

We thought this was a little spicy, but "herbaceous" might be a better descriptor. Lots of body, nice smooth finish that lingers a while. Yummy.

This is one of those incredibly fruit-forward dry whites that seems almost too good to be true. Produced in a tiny sub-region called Apremont in the easternmost part of France known as the Savoie. Itt is fresh, easy-drinking, and always a crowd favorite when lightly chilled.
