Very dark in the glass yet possessing a bright fruit nose. Scents of loamy clay, savory wild berry, spice and pebbles. Some bacon fat/meaty hints on the back palate. Fruit sours a tad on a long finish. - Tasted at Marché Bacchus 4/24/10
