Cantina Bonacchi, founded in 1965, is a family owned winery that is situated in the heart of the Montalbano Hills, that lie between the towns of Florence and Pistoia in Tuscany, Italy and has been making fine Tuscan wines for 3 generations The family owns 40 hectares of vineyards in the Chianti Montalbano and Chianti Classico Gallo Nero as well as 10 hectares divided between Brunello DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC and the Sant'Antino DOC, and 15 hectares from Montecucco DOC vines. Cantina Bonacchi is ISO9001 2000 and IFT certified. The family's main goal is to produce quality wines at great prices. Grapes : 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo and 5% Malvasia Region : Italy / Tuscany / Chianti DOCG Maker : Ivan Misuri Notes : Dry and velvety with an intense bouquet and a supple, lingering finish. Serve : At 16-18c with grilled red meats, game dishes, steaks and cheese. ABV : 13% Suitable for Vegetarians
