Yum. Yum. Why does he champagne style I prefer. Full-bodied, yeasty and toasty and screaming of baked lemon goods. I much prefer this to the lighter, more floral Champagnes out there.

Value for money - as always with Bollinger:) Had it with a "Toast Skagen"; roasted toast with schrimps and whitefish roe. Everybody should always have a bottle of Bollinger in the fridge!"

Delicious package of voluptuous aromas and flavors, beginning with a mouthwatering yeast, fruit and mineral bouquet. Bold and fresh, with complex layers of pear and citrus fruit, mineral, delicate spice, toasted hazelnuts, and bread. Generous finish lingers for days. Ready to drink now and over the next two or three years.
