Blanc de Noire is very rare and is made entirely of Pinot Noir grapes, which gives it a dark golden color and intensely concentrated flavor.  The “Vieilles Vignes” in the name, means the grapes come from very old vines that produce very small and sparse fruit. Only 40 cases a year make it to the US and only in vintage years.
