Bojo Novo 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Dear Madam, dear Sir, On Friday the 9th of September the harvest for the Bojo' Novo 2005 will start. The last analysis show already great sugar content with a good level acidity. The last sunny days help the grapes to concentrate sugar and as weather forecast looks promising this year must very good. Bojo' Novo is a mix of tradition and modernity. Tradition in the way the grapes are harvested (per hand); transported (in small 50 kg batch, which keep the grapes full) and then vinified according to the "Macération Beaujolaise" rules in small tanks. The results being a typical Primeur or Nouveau wine with plenty of fruit and a nice balance. Modernity in the packaging with an attractive label; a personnalised carton and a dedicated website explaining all the above plus the origin of the wines and the people behind. Samples will be available from the first week of October. Please let us know if you wish to receive some samples. Thanking you in advance for your attention, and looking forward to hear from you. Please receive our best regards. Sylvain Flache Alcohol Percentage: 12 % Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
