Herbal on the nose with lovely, bitter melon, earthy herbs that remind of wild arugula, and a bit of garlic chive. On entry, this shows off its huge acids. There’s sugar here but it's there to balance the acids and support the bright lemon fruit. This has absolutely magnificent tension in the mouth and is super vibrant, though the acidity might make this a bit much for some. Still, it is freaking delicious, like pure Meyer lemon juice and sunshine in a bottle. Pure joy for Riesling lovers. 90pts
