Riesling is a lovely, multi-faceted wine: crisp as an apple picked freshly off the tree, sweet and juicy as a Bartlett pear ripened in the sunshine and as spicy as the cinnamon and nutmeg used in our kitchens this time of year. Grown in the cool microclimate of Monterey, these grapes showcase fruit full of expression and concentration. Balance between a succulent softness and a bright acidity keeps the wine complex and inviting.
