Bogle Sauvignon Blanc has the freshly zested limes spring off the nose, followed by leechee nut and a tiny bit of orange peel. The citrus follows through on the palate, tinged by hints of tropical pineapple. Lean and light, yet surprisingly full of flavor, the Bogle Sauvignon Blanc finishes with brisk acidity that makes your mouth water for more! Perfect accompaniment to a wide range of appetizers and light dishes, especially fish and shellfish, spring greens and fruit salsas.

A bit spicy and leathery on the nose with hints of anise seed and black pepper along with a meaty edge to the blackberry and damson plum fruit. A nice blend of depth and lightness on the palate gives this an attractive mouthfeel with balanced flavors of oak, toast, some dried herb and nut tones all wrapped up in transparent dried cherry and raspberry fruit. This is fairly spicy with oak but the fruit does manage to keep the upper hand right through the moderately long, spicy and lightly peppery finish. Shows a bit of heat on the finish. 86pts
Leathery, a little hot and with some cocoa. More tangy.
Little earthy on the nose with a touch of raspberry. Decent tannin on the palate. Not a ton of grip, but most pinots are the same way. Not a fruit bomb by any means but there's just enough black cherry and raspberry to make it passable. Not the best pinot I've ever had, but for the price definitely a good QPR wine.
Dark plum color into the glass, with some long thick legs clinging to the glass. Nice deep earthy, woody aromas that warm up into berries, hayfields and peppery notes. Great firm structure, with tannins present with oak finish. Reminds me of Orin Swifts Reds.
Yummy floral and dark cherry notes are followed by just the slightest hint of earth & mocha. Silky smooth, it shifts towards bright red fruits (strawberry, pomegranate, plum) on the finish. 93pts.
Color: Clean pale yellow. Bouquet: Smells of grass and mint, sweet pear. Taste: A nice mild acidity, clean body and long finish. Crisp fruit taste with a hint of lime. Overall: Not bad! For the price I was quite surprised. As with most Bogle wines your mileage may vary. Drink immediately.

Another Best Buy from Bogle, which seems to produce them so easily. This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and complex in Asian pear, tangerine and green apple flavors, brightened with crisp acidity and made savory with dusty baking spices.
A good example of a California Sauvignon Blanc, this white shows citrus, hay, fig and spicy green-melon flavors. Itrsquo;s dry and crisp, making it balanced, and a good accompaniment to food.
