Bogatell Garnacha Blanca 2010

I've had Bogatell on many different occasions, in many different moods during different times of the year; I am obliged to boast of Bogatell's low acidity and flavor spectrum the splits dry and sweet down the middle that also always finishes with a nice melon and floral aftertaste. More wines should be less concerned with finding a nice blend of grapes and really enjoy the beauty of isolating one grape as Bogatell does with garnacha blanca. I would recommend this wine to anyone as an excellant dinner drink with light chicken and fish dishes or for good old fashioned afternoon sipping with a board of cheese, a book and some sunshine.

Great and textured white wine. Started to drink it pretty chilled but found out that the second glass, not so much chilled, was even better!!! Memorable spanish wine!

My new favorite white wine. I normally drink sauvignon blanc, this by far blows it away. Goes down very smooth. Best drunk ice cold. For $12 it's a steal!

A great Spanish white, which is hard to find. The perfect compliment to a summer cheese plate when not so chilled, really pulls out rich and deep flavors...and an amazing price! Even better!!

Just had this wine in New York again....This is the next new grape! WOW! Best summer wine I had in a while...great fruit, great acid combo, well balanced....

Lovely, perfect summer white. Nice mix of floral, melon, a little grassy tone with a touch of minerality. Not high acid, but not flabby either. Matches with many foods and stands up. Also great for sipping solo on a warm day. Highly recommend.
