Editorial Reviews
This is noticeably oaky on the nose with a sharp mineral and spice quality. At first this seems a bit creamy on entry but it quickly turns really decisive on the palate with obvious oak and almost reticent fruit that build slows. At first there is only a base of fruit here but with time, and with food, you get lovely notes of lemon curd, orange creme, honeycomb and walnut skins that gains nice focus on the appley acid finish. Not a blockbuster but a really fine food wine and one that gives back to your for paying attention. 88pts

Reviews for 2010 Vintage
Besides, Viognier, this also has Chenin and Grenache Blancs. An unusual blend, and the risk pays off. There's sweet fruit and vanilla on the nose, with some toast and sesame, which I think comes from the Chenin. The flavors round each other out nicely. Would be great with food!
