- Made using wild yeasts and aged for 27 months in old French oak, this is one of the most memorable red wines I tasted during my whole trip. We're talking meaty, serious, full-bodied Syrah, with a smoky nose. Gorgeous balance between chunky, chewy fruit and smoky toastiness. Good length, excellent wines. Drink up to 6 years.
