Dunkelviolette Farbe.

Winemaker's Notes:

San Roman is a wine of impressive exuberance with deep aromas and flavors and mineral notes. Made to grow in the bottle, the processes of stabilization have been minimized to guarantee the ultimate respect of the grape and the land.

Tasting Notes:

Toro can be as gentle as an enraged bull, but San Román has always succeeded at deftness as well as volume. The 2007 may be bigger than some Toro drinkers will recognize but despite the sheer magnitude of the wine, the finish tapers off into seduction, not assault.

San Roman is a wine of impressive exuberance with deep aromas and flavors and mineral notes. Made to grow in the bottle, the processes of stabilization have been minimized to guarantee the ultimate respect of the grape and the land.
