Food Pairings for Bodegas Santa Ana Malbec Blend Reserve
La Mascota comes from vineyards in Finca La Mascota, Cruz de Piedra, Maipú and Mendoza. The grapes are harvested by hand. La Mascota Malbec shows an intense purple red colour with ruby hues. There are aromas of black fruits, jam and vanilla, with a subtle licorice touch on the nose. The palate starts with a sweet attack and full bodied tannins. There is a long and pleasant finish. This matches very well with grilled meats or strong cheeses.
