At the centre of its urban neighbourhood rises the church of San Pedro Apóstol made in the mudejar style, which it lies next to the exceptional communal Tower in the gothic style and built using cut-stone masonry. At the beginning of the 17th century, the mudejar-style Convent of the Reverendas Concepcionistas Franciscanas was built, where the remainders of San Alejandro currently remain in honour of whom the main town festivities are held from the 12th to the 16th of May. Black fruits and chocolate in the aroma, really easy going body with strong blackberry notes and a fruit-forward finish.

Christmas 2013, Binny's. First bottle from the cellar in 2015. Very good with a few spicy notes on the tongue. I know that means nothing to anybody, but suffice it to say it is worth your pocket change. Mary loved it, I had one sip and it was a quality one. She had it for two cocktail hours on 1/2 and 1/3/15.

The nose of this wine is pleasant, not too strong, very simple. It's actually a bit near the weak side. The first sip I was anticipating a dryer and more powerful taste that simply wasn't there. I actually verbally acknowledged my surprise. It was almost disappointing, but really more of a surprise. After four or five sips the tannins hit my young and the wine transformed into that dry and spicy wine. A really drastic change that maybe was an indicator of needing aerating. In the end, the wine is good and worth having around for a nice change of typical taste. One thing I had to return to state is that the more you sip the spicier the wine gets. With sips spread apart it remains a light wine, but for one who regularly sips, this wine gets very spicy and dry. :)

Rich flavor with dry finish. Not jammy.
