- Pale golden with a medium intensity. First thing on the nose is marzipan(processed almond), followed by fresh almond, afterwards come hints of citrus, light wood varnish, melon and a musty bodega type quality. Soft in the mouth the body is medium weight with a strong acid and light salt air on the finish. Very dry, myriad flavors pour out of this bottle: carmel, melon, wood polish, citrus, and salt air. As you finish light oxidative notes linger on the finish framed by a melon like softness. - Light golden yellow in color. Light nose with slight oxidative quality to it followed by lightly roasted almonds a honey/vanilla notes. In the mouth this wine is soft and lush with medium to light acidity. Apple notes, pear, light melon and more show up at the finish leaving me with a nice long aftertaste. Toasted nuts and slight breadiness too as it continues to develop in the glass. Very nice with wine a fuller body than say a Jerez Fino. 3.5/5 [NR]
