Food Pairings for Bodegas Piedemonte Navarra Rosado
Included in the 100 best Spanish wines ranking at New Wave Spanish Awards (London)
Watered down pink color. Candied cherry nose with some dried cranberry and red liquorice. Medium weight, dry with light acidity. Same fruit from the nose shows on the palate with a light tartness. Not very focused but nice enough for a hot summer day on the terrace. alt-3 c5n10t12o6=83
Bright intense strawberry color. On the nose it is reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries, slightly floral. Initial sweet fruit flavors and smoothness in the mouth are followed by a pleasant and elegant light acidity. The finish is fruity and long. Suggested Temperature of consumption: 8º-10ºC. It can be combined with grilled meat.
