A pale gold/Clear lemonade color. Nose of rubbing alcohol with pear and sweet tart, maybe a little ammonia. A citrus/acid palate with a medium finish, but hot finish, very acidic.

    Great entry-level Spanish white. Viura is balanced well with chard, and what smells like a little moscato (although the label doesn't say that there's any in there, I'm pretty sure there is). Great price- an affordable summer drinker!

    Winemaker's Notes:

    Variety: 70% Viura and 23 % Chardonnay; it may also include Muscat (7%). Making To make this white, we have selected our vineyard’s best Viura and Chardonnay vine stocks and waited until the grape’s best maturity degree for harvesting. There’s a third minority variety in this wine (7 %), the Muscat, which gives very characteristic and floral aromas. The bunches of grapes are de-stemmed and pressed at low pressure. The obtained must is moved into stainless steel tanks with temperature control, where the fermentation develops at 18 ºC. Tasting Clean straw-yellow colour. Pale and brilliant. On the nose the primary aromas predominate, as well as the flowery. Fruity, fresh, tasty, good acidity mouth. Best served at: Cool (8-10º). Gastronomy: Grilled fish, pasta, appetizers and rice. Soothing-based salads and oriental food.
