Winemaker's Notes:

Cherry red colour with a touch of maroon and violet shimmer. Intense aromas of mature red fruit, berries and preserves of these fruits. Good oak with clear notes of smooth toasts, vanilla and clove. Complex with a pleasant acidity, creamy and balsamic. Persistent finish with noble tannins, which will polish up along the time. Serving Temperature: 16-18 ºC Serving Recommendation: To accompany pork and beef, rice dishes, vegetables and medium cheeses.
