Earthy mineral notes on the nose. Cocoa on the palate a bit earthy with coarsed red fruit with a kick on the finish.
This is a great salad wine as it is has some vinegar tang that would get balanced out well my a nice market greens salad with grilled chicken, gorgonzola and balsamic vinaigrette. wow. I made that salad up and I wish I had made one to drink with this.
Lovely nose of a melange of ripe berries with flecks of woodsiness. Soft and satiny and very easy drinking; simple and succulent.
Light bodied and very fruit forward. I enjoyed this wine a lot!
Sweet with hints of dark berry. Full-bodied and palatable.
