- Not a bad wine, but there are better Tempranillos out there, and certainly better Spanish reds for the money. Good, concentrated color with leather and black fruit on the nose. In the mouth relatively smooth with medium-soft tannins, decent fruit, but a hint of vegetation.

- Medium ruby. Nose of licorice, dark berries, very faint rubber note and a bit of alcohol. Decent palate with fruit profile leaning to red side. A bit of tartness on somewhat short finish.
