An amazingly good value wine. Mr Parker got it right giving it 90 points. Good notes of blueberry, plum, cherry and vanilla. Wonderful long and smooth finish. Fantastic with a good steak and will age well for many years to come. Truly a great value drinkable wine. Will be buying another 12 bottles for my cellar.

Deep, bright ruby. Sexy red berry and floral aromas are complicated by notes of licorice and oak spice. Round and juicy, with sweet raspberry and cherry flavors and seamless texture. Gains vivacity with air and finishes with very good clarity and floral-accented berry notes.

The 2007 Altos de Luzon is a blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 12 months in new French and American oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it proffers aromas of mineral, underbrush, blueberry, blackberry, and milk chocolate. Velvety-textured and opulent on the palate, it has loads of flavor, enough structure to evolve for 2–3 years, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. Drink it from 2012 to 2019.
