Aged five months in French and American Oak. Crisp and clear golden in color. Creamy rich nose with fresh fruit, peach and lime. High acidty but a bit hollow. Nice flavors of lime, and some honey dew melon. really impressed by the use of oak. It gives the wine a creaminess without the loss of fruit for wood flavors. 3/5 [NR]
