Bit more acidic than in recent vintages, but would be very refreshing with some seafood and/or salty dishes. Maybe fish and chips?

Winemaker's Notes:

This white wine is made exclusively from the Albariño grape and is fermented in stainless steel vats and bottled in its first year. A pioneer amog the Rias Baixas wines, its classic presentation is a reflection of the elegance that, 100 years after in creaction, continues to set this prince of Albariños apart from other wines.

Tasting Notes:

Fefiñanes has always been an Albariño of complexity with lees notes of vanilla and texture more evident than the bright and citrusy fruit character of most Albariños. The 2010 is no exception, but don’t think for a moment that the fruit has been sacrificed: the wine also shows peach, orange, lemon and even banana and mango hints.
