Although the history of the city of Borja takes us back to the beginnings of the Paleolithic period, it wasn’t until the 4th century before Christ, in the heart of the Celtiberian period, when thanks to classical and numismatic written sources the name of this village came to light: Bursao. I totally do not understand how this can go with "lamb and apricot" dishes. I had a glass just now with some cabbage and bacon stew alongside a burger and even those were to sweet for it. Sweetness brings out the peppery astringent tastes to the wine. Not a good pairing at all.
