Winemaker's Notes:

The wine's complex nose is full of floral nuances with characteristic aromas of wines from the Ribera del Duero region. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and elegant with an impressive depth and hints of dark fruit, toast, and rose petals. The wine pairs well with stronger meats such as stews and game.

Tasting Notes:

The Old School provides further instruction: long barrel time can turn fresh fruits into dried fruits. But it can bring out the herbal side of Tempranillo as well; raisins, figs, and black cherry compote join up with mint and tarragon to create an earthier, darker brew. The wine finishes firm and tannic, showing that further evolution is yet to come.
