Sight: This wine reveals a beautiful ripe cherry colour with numerous garnet glints and a brick-coloured rim. Nose: It has a refined and complex bouquet. Aromas of well-seasoned fruit, spicy wood, toasted whiffs, hints of minerals and a slightly musky background all stand out. Taste: This wine is strong, mature and lush to the mouth. It has an excellent tannin structure and yet remains smooth with time. It reveals itself to be very balanced and has a long-lasting finish. Accompanying Dishes and How to Serve: It should always be drunk at around 18º C. The richness of its aromas and its elegance suggest that it is best accompanied by large game dishes such as roebuck stewed in wine or a good marinated wild boar chop. The wine should be decanted around forty minutes before drinking. consumirlo.
