There's an exotic edge to this white that makes it not quite typical for a Mendoza wine; this could be due to the influence of the European winemaker. In any case, the culture clash has produced an endearing Sauvignon Blanc, full of pears, juicy acidity, and a touch of vanilla bean. A great wine for white meat dishes.
