Very dark garnet, reddish-violet glints. Attractive red fruit, fresh and juicy plums. Tart red-plum flavors, mouth-watering acidity and soft tannins, well structured and food-friendly if a bit on the rustic side.
Rich dusky red in color. Sweet and spacious aromas reminding of black pepper. Fruity on the palate, with sweet and harmonious tannins.

Crisp and clear, this has a charming simplicity in its cherry flavors and light touch of smoke. The acidity gives it a sheen of freshness. Drink it chilled with grilled swordfish.
Norton's Lo Tengo (I Got It) line has a winner in this vivacious Malbec. It's light and a little candied on the nose, but also floral and attractive. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh, with raspberry, cherry and cassis flavors. Clean, mildly tannic, good acidity: what more do you want from an inexpensive, trendy red?
