Bodega Norton Malbec Lo Tengo 2009
Not bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase another bottle. It had flavor, was smooth but it lacked the depth that I expect in a Malbec from Argentina
Holy shit! I was buying this at the kiosk a block from the house I was staying in in Buenos Aires. 2$ a bottle! Pounding every night with empanadas. Fucking A! It was probably an 03 or 02 though.
Good for the price
Great wine for $8.00.

Very dark garnet, reddish-violet glints. Attractive red fruit, fresh and juicy plums. Tart red-plum flavors, mouth-watering acidity and soft tannins, well structured and food-friendly if a bit on the rustic side.
Kirschenrot, violett unterlegt.
Rich dusky red in color. Sweet and spacious aromas reminding of black pepper. Fruity on the palate, with sweet and harmonious tannins.
This balanced, full-bodied red will make your taste buds do the tango, with its vibrant black cherry fruit, coffee, vanilla, and smoky bacon notes.
Intense ruby red color with purple hues. Aromas of fresh fruit, cinnamon and cherries. Velvety on the palate, with a very attractive, charming finish.
Crisp and clear, this has a charming simplicity in its cherry flavors and light touch of smoke. The acidity gives it a sheen of freshness. Drink it chilled with grilled swordfish.
