What to Expect

Argentina, and in particular the region around Mendoza, is making a name for itself as the source of some of the finest expressions of Malbec ever made. In this warm, yet dry climate the Malbec achieves near perfect ripeness endowing the wines with a velvety texture and intense flavors of blackberry, peppery spice, and balsamic herbs. Deep purple hue with lots of bramble berry fruit notes. Forward fruit of blackberry, spice and hints of vanilla. The wine is rich, forward, smooth on the palate. The wine lingers on the palate

Enrique’s first vintage really delivers. With deep ruby color and violet reflections, this elegant wine conveys discrete aromas of intense cherry, blackberry and spice. Herbal and cedar notes, together with toasty coconut oak complements a full mouth of cherry and cranberry fruit. This is one flavor-packed wine that actually would pair nicely with your Thanksgiving dinner or any night you’re enjoying a savory poultry dish.
