Food Pairings for Bodega Colome Malbec Amalaya
Winemaker's Notes:
This wine is produced from the fruit of Argentina's signature grape, Malbec, with a smaller percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Tannat. Deep red, with purple tinges, this wine offers red fruit aromas of cherries and raspberries, with a subtle hint of vanilla. This is a glittering deep red wine, with purple tinges. It offers fruity aromas, resembling cherries and raspberries, and a subtle vanilla scent coming from barrel aging. A spicy, intense and sweeping wine, easy to drink, but yet with a long persistent mouth. Tannins are mild and round. Ideally paired with red meat, pasta with tomato sauce and cheese.
