Bodega Catena Zapata Malbec Saint Felicien(2003)

Saint Felicien Malbec 2005 is an elegant, complex wine of a dark, violet color typical of Argentine Malbec. The nose is rich with concentrated ripe blueberry and slight hints of liqueur, vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, an unctuous, sweet entry leads to a complex wine, with smooth round tannins that are characteristic of the Angelica Vineyard. The finish is long and lingering, showing the great potential of Argentine Malbec.

Simply the best Malbec I have ever tried. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get in in the U.S. I enjoyed it in Argentina and broungt a bottle back with me from Buenos Aires. Really, really good.
