Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

This is a medium-fuller bodied Cabernet that focuses on fruit purity, riper black currant and black berry characteristics, with a touch of sweet earth, tobacco leaf and spice nuances running faintly underneath the vibrant fruit notes aromatically. The palate has a seamless texture, playing more towards elegance than shear power, offering outstanding fruit concentration, intensely flavored, with ripe black fruit flavors and backed by balanced, ripe tannins. This has good complexity and exceptional length, with well managed wood interplay that really lets the high quality fruit come read more...to the forefront.
