- 60% Monastrell the rest, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot The nose right away show oak, and smokey fruit both dried and fresh. The color is intense and deep ruby. In the mouth it has big tannins with a firm oak backbone. While flavors of cherry and black fruits mingle. Still a bit tight but a really fun wine, and one that I would like to open up in the morning for dinner at night. 3.5/5 [NR]
