Winemaker's Notes:

Colour: Mid-straw with lime hues. Bouquet: Orange blossom, melon, honey, pear, peach, pineapple, and citrus notes. Palate: Medium bodied, with melon, citrus on the entry followed by a tropical fruit mid-palate leading to a slightly spicy, orange finish. Food Pairings: Oysters rockefeller, Thai green curry or yakitori (Japanese chicken skewers with scallions).

Nearly all of our estate harvest is now dedicated to the production of fine wines.
