Blandy's Alvada is the only blended Madeira available and is a 50-50 blend of the Bual and Malmsey grapes. It combines the lush, nutty tropical flavors of Bual with the rich, molasses-like flavors of Malmsey. Alvada has a long, lingering and bright finish. Serving and pairing suggestions Alvada is bottled ready to drink after an average of at least five years of cask aging.
