- A dry white wine from the highest vineyard site in Europe: Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle, which is just beneath Mont Blanc. The winemaker is Ermes Pavese, a youthful grower in the commune of La Ruine just outside of the town of Morgex, 1200 meters above sea level. This is made from the native grape, PriƩ Blanc. Subtle and elegant with persistent minerals.
