Herersquo;s a great wine for the price. It has the character of a fine North Coast Cabernet, with blackcurrant, spiced plum and cherry flavors, firm, sweet tannins and overlay of smoky oak. Turns thin in the middle, but the flavors reprise on the finish. Good value.

A straightforward, likeable Cabernet, with spicy black cherry and fennel aromas and flavors. Modest complexity and slightly firm tannins make for a wine of some substance. Drink now through 2006.
