Lett loves Chardonnay and it shows in the gentle handling of this one barrel of wine. Paying homage to Chardonnay's noble heritage and ageability, Lett's wine underwent full malolactic fermentation with no residual sugar, providing a roundness and focus rarely seen in local Chardonnay."
