Ripe and juicy, nicely packed with pineapple and pear fruit.
Well balanced in an off-dry style, this pleasing Chardonnay has flavors of fresh pineapple and red apple. It's a touch floral and sweet, this it finishes clean, a refreshing balance for barbecued chicken.
Ripe fruit scents of pineapple and clove introduce the wine, then the flavors of oak come smoking into the finish. nicely made in a full, soft, sweetly oaked style.
Youthful and fresh, offering appealing pear, apricot and spice aromas and flavors, but the finish is a little raw. May be best after 1993.
A heavyweight wine, loaded with cooked pear and apple flavors and accented by mint and cream. Like a real-life heavyweight, it's a bit ponderous in this crowd, albeit packed with flavor.
