Black Cloud Pinot Noir 2006
The 2006 Pinot Noir is made from grapes sourced at the Stone Mountain Vineyard in Okanagan Falls. The vintage produced outstanding Pinot Noir with elegant fruit expression and perfect ripeness. Picked over three days with an average Brix of 23.7. Created from two Dijon clones and aged in French oak.
Black Cloud is the brand of winemaker Bradley Cooper and his wife Audralee Daum.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
