The nose is intense, fresh, elegant and it features an extremely agreeable fruitness like apples and pear. Rich and balanced palate. It good with a risotto, pasta with vegetables, light fried fish. Great with sushi, sushimi, tempura and Tofu. It is also the ideal Prosecco for preparing the original Bellini.
