External Reviews for Bisol Prosecco Crede
The base wines, blended with selected yeasts and sugar, are placed in large, stainless steel tanks known as autoclavi, where refermentation takes place at a temperature of 54-55F under pressure of around 5 atmospheres. When refermentation is complete, the wine is separated from the lees by passing through a filter into another tank under equal (isobaric) pressure. The wine is stabilized by being chilled down to 28F. This causes tartaric acid to precipitate in the form of crystals which are then removed.

This is the perfect Champagne replacement for anyone looking to save money while retaining a similar style. Mineral, with a slight yeast flavor would make this near impossible to pick out in a blind Champagne tasting.
Bisol's NV Prosecco Jeio reveals notable freshness, vibrancy and crispness in its green apples, flowers and sweet spices. There is terrific energy and harmony here, but like most Proseccos, the wine is best enjoyed in its exuberant youth. Anticipated... Robert Parker. A Prosecco wine from Veneto in Italy. N.V.
