Bisol's vines are among the highest planted on the Cartizze hill, and there's a bracing aspect to this wine's flavors that gives a sense of that altitude. It's floral and lifted, with the sweetness of perfectly ripe cherries. Open a bottle for a savory apple tart.

Very nice, off dry sparking wine. Not overpoweringly sweet, but has nice peach and honeysuckle flavors. Good acidity keeps the wine in balance.
