Bird In Hand Cabernet Sauvignon Woodside, Adelaide Hills SA(2002)

The fresh leafy black currant nose leads to powerful brooding dark cherry characters supported by a structure of firm oak and silky smooth tannins. Integrated oak and velvety mouth-filling hints of sweetness complete a magnificent wine. Marvellous now, with careful cellaring it will be even better in 10 years.
