Biohof Pratsch Rosé Blend 2010
Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:
Lightly floral with red berry fruit and a lightly peachy undertone that’s a little spicy and wild. Lots of trapped CO2 lends a bit of a prickle. Nice mouthfeel, almost weighty, with richly intense coppery orchard fruit flavors of apricot, peach and plum over some nice shimmering mineral notes. There’s a little bit of citron peel on the mid-palate that extends onto the long finish. Both on the nose and on the palate, there is a hint of confectionery sweetness but this is a lovely, intense, yet elegant rosé. Really great length here. 90pts
