Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous Bois Champagne NV

Winemaker's Notes:

This unique cuvee, entirely vinified in oak, is respectfully composed of three champenois grape varietals (Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir). This wine has a rich nose of dried fruits & fresh citrus. The palate is dominated by a bracing vivacity, with notes of grilled brioche, toffee, & stone fruits. This wine has a strength of character andhonesty that makes it an ideal accompaniment to seafood andpoultry. Ideally served at cellar temperature

A new cuvee from Champagne Billecart-Salmon, the Sous Bois juice is vinified in oak first, and although the finished wine has no noticeable oak character, the wine is dense and impressive.
