Winemaker's Notes:

Harvest was carried out at the end of September through early October. During the first 8-9 hours, the grapes underwent a criomaceration, immediately followed by static decanting of the musts for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks at 12-18°C. Throughout the next 10-12 days, fermentation occurred at temperatures of 15-17°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 3 months before being filtered, fined, refrigerated, then bottled.

Tasting Notes:

On the nose, there are strong aromas of wild flowers, honey and musk. Subtle hints of bitter almonds follow. Sweet, yet fresh, this is a well-balanced wine with a pleasant, lingering finish of ripe fruit. Best when consumed young.
