Big Yellow Cab Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

Even the darkness feels hungry as I wait. The perfect cab appears, like the surprise visit of an old friend. As I slide in, the rich leather seats feel worn and warm with the faint scent of cigar lingering from some previous fare. Headlights glint blackberry red off the wet pavement as we pull away from the curb. "Where to?" asks the smooth, rich voice of the cabby. "Yes, where to?" I wonder. Traveling through all the best of my senses, I smile, ready for a soft, smooth ride. This big Yellow Cab is just what I'm looking for.

It was refered to me by my local wine specialist. I love it. I'm really not too fond of reds and this one is great. Very thick to the look, fruit filled to the nose and very smooth going down.

Voluptuous and broad shouldered, this is one smooth wine that has everything in the right proportions. Packed with dense blackberry and tangy dried cherry flavors that are backed up with just the righ
