User Reviews for Bibich R6 Riserva North Dalmatia Croatia

Winemaker's Notes:

WHWC Staff Notes: ...from the Balkan Peninsula of Croatia. A blend of three varietals (Babic, Plavina, and Lasin) that all have roots to the original Zinfandel, which they call Plavac (plah-vache) in that neck of the woods. This wine reminds me of a traditional Rioja, full of damp earth, leather and dill.... cherry and fresh plum fruit with a lot of leather, spice, hints of damp earth and herbs. The R6 is very food-friendly with an alcohol level of 13.3% and fresh lip smacking acidity... - Brently Dunivant
